Due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, shipping may be delayed.
We are processing and sending out orders normally, but your local post office may experience delays due the global COVID-19 pandemic.

We work with different artists and manufacturers worldwide. This is the reason for the long delivery times. Keep in mind that is also the reason we are able to offer such amazing pricing on our products.  You can see more questions and answers about shipping in our FAQ.  

*For US - CA - AU - UK - EUROPE orders, please allow 7-20 business days (average) for your order to be delivered (unless otherwise stated in the specific product description).  However please note that this is only an estimate, not an absolute delivery date.  Things like weather, holiday season, customs issues, logistics holdups, and more can cause delays that are out of our control.

**For International orders, this item should arrive in 25-35 business days (average) from the purchase date.  However please note that this is only an estimate, not an absolute delivery date.  Things like weather, holiday season, customs issues, logistics holdups, and more can cause delays that are out of our control.

***If you ordered expedited international shipping, it should arrive in 14-30 business days (average) from the purchase date.  If it does not arrive within this time, we will issue a refund for the expedited shipping cost only.  

Please noteFor International orders, a tracking number may not always be available.  This is because orders that are shipped internationally are sometimes shipped directly via our manufacturer overseas Post, which sometimes doesn't have a tracking number outside of manufacturer country and in your country.  While this can be frustrating, it also helps us to keep your costs down.  Faster shipping with tracking can cost upwards of $30 an item!  

There can sometimes be delays in order time due to customs clearance, logistics holdups, holiday season, and other factors.  Please understand that we cannot always control this.  Delays can sometimes happen due to these things, so we ask that you remain patient.  If your order doesn't arrive, we will issue you a full refund.   

If your order hasn't arrived within 50 business days of the date of original purchase, please contact us at support@surfsunsea.net for a full refund of your purchase.
