Can I return my order?

You can return your order for a refund within 30 days of the order being received (30 days money back guarantee). A refund will be issued as soon as we receive your order back (to get the return address please contact us). We deduct a flat $4 fee for the return shipping and handling. Products must be unworn and not damaged. The return must be made from the same country to which it was shipped to. The item must be in its original condition.

Exclusions: We do not accept returns or exchanges on Apparel, Metal Straws, Any Mystery Items, Sale Items, or Subscriptions.

Once the quality of the returned products has been verified and approved, Surf Sun Sea will issue a credit to the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email. The refund may take up to a maximum of 5 working days to be effective in your account, this depends exclusively on your bank.

Can I exchange my order?

We are happy to offer free exchanges within 21 days of the order being placed. Store credit will be issued as soon as we receive your order back. Products must be unworn and not damaged.

What is the lifetime warranty?

We offer a lifetime warranty, meaning we will replace your item for free if it gets scratched, damaged, or untied. The replacement will be the exact same item as the original unless we are sold out. If sold out, you may choose any item of equal or lesser value as your replacement.

We can only issue a free replacement if you provide a photo of the damaged item. We're unable to replace lost or stolen items.

To claim your free replacement, email us at support@surfsunsea.net with your Order Number (#SSS-12345), Picture of the item, and a note stating you would like the free replacement.

*Did we mention, every replacement removes 1 pound of trash as well!*

Where is my order?

Once our fulfillment team has packed and shipped your order, you should receive an email confirmation with tracking.

If you haven't received a shipping confirmation within 2 business days of placing your order, feel free to email us at support@surfsunsea.net.

Tracking says delivered. What do I do?

If your tracking says "delivered" but you haven't received your package yet, check abnormal spots such as your porch, with neighbors, or at your leasing office. Sometimes mail carriers leave packages in odd spots.

If the package still hasn't arrived, contact your local postal office with your tracking number or email us at support@surfsunsea.net.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping varies between free and $5.99, but most of our products offer free shipping.

We also offer free worldwide shipping on international orders.

What should I do if I received the wrong item(s)?

If we made a mistake, please email us at support@surfsunsea.net with your Name, Order Number (#SSS-12345), a picture of the wrong item, and what you should have received. We'll fix the issue ASAP!
